1: USA - SANTIAGO
Departure from a USA gateway on
an overnight flight to Santiago (Chile).
Dinner and breakfast served on board. |

Day
2: SANTIAGO
Reception at the airport and transfer
to the hotel. Afternoon departure for
a tour of Santiago. The tour starts
at the San Francisco Church, built between
1572 and 1618. Then continue to the
west visiting the "Club Hipico"
horse-racing course, considered one
of the most beautiful courses in South
America. You will then pass the Palacio
de la Moneda, the seat of the government.
At the Plaza de Armas, you wil visit
The Cathedral, Correo Central (Main
Post office) and the Municipalidad de
Santiago (City Hall) all considered
National Monuments. Continuing on to
the Santa Lucia Hill, the location chosen
by Pedro de Valdivia to found the city
back in 1541. You will cross de Mapocho
river, passing through the residential
districts of Santa Maria de Manquehue,
Vitacura and Las Condes. On the way
back you will pass through the traditional
district of Providencia. Return to your
hotel. |

3: SANTIAGO - PUNTA ARENAS - PUERTO
NATALES
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer
to the airport for your flight to Punta
Arenas. Reception and transfer to the
Punta Arenas Bus Station for your regular
(scheduled) bus service to Puerto Natales.
On route, you will enjoy the beauty
of the steppes pampa of Magallanes,
with its rich fauna. Arrival to Puerto
Natales, situated on the banks of the
small bay of Ultima Esperanza. Overnight
at hotel in Puerto Natales. |

4: PUERTO NATALES - BALMACEDA
& SERRANO GLACIERS - PUERTO NATALES
Breakfast at the hotel. Sailing along
the Ultima Esperanza Sound towards the
Balmaceda and Serrano Glaciers, observing
cormorant and seawolf colonies. Upon
arrival, take a short walk to the environs
of the Serrano Glacier to admire the
impressive millenial ice mass. Box Lunch
included. Return to Puerto Natales. |

5: PUERTO
NATALES - TORRES DEL PAINE
NATIONAL PARK - PUERTO
NATALES
After breakfast, you will take
a full day excursion by regular services
to the Torres del Paine National Park
to visit the Amarga Lagoon and Lake
Petrohue. Admiring the beautiful view
of Massif del Paine, Almirante Nieto
and Torres del Paine. Overnight at the
hotel Puerto Natales. |

6: PUERTO
NATALES - EL CALAFATE (ARGENTINA)
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer
by regular bus service to El Calafate
in Argentina crossing over the Low Andes
and discover the Argentinean Pampa before
reaching El Calafate in the "Los
Glaciares" National Park. On Arrival
transfer to the hotel. Overnight at
the hotel in El Calafate. |

7: EL CALAFATE - PERITO MORENO
GLACIER - EL CALAFATE
Breakfast at the hotel. Today's regular
(scheduled) half day tour will allow
you to discover the Perito Moreno Glacier.
Transfer to Perito Moreno to walk along
wooden bridges in front of this impressive
glacier whose ice-face is more than
150 ft. high. (optional: sailing in
smallrubber launches up to the glacier).

8: EL CALAFATE - LAKE ARGENTINO
- EL CALAFATE
Breakfast at the hotel. Early departure
on a regular (scheduled) tour along
the shores of the Argentino Lake driving
along an unpaved road up to Puerto de
la Cruz to board the catamaran and begin
sailing across the lake and enjoy the
beauty of the Spegazzini Glacier, the
highest one in Patagonia Ice field (400
ft. abobe sea level). Disembark at Juan
Pinero Port and an easy walk through
the forest will take you to the Onelli
Lake, where the bolado,Onelli and Agassiz
Glaciers come together. Continuing the
navigation among huge ice floes, stop
opposite one of the biggest glaciers
in the National Park, the Upsala glacier.
Return to Puerto de la Cruz after enjoying
this superb sight, to be taken back
to the hotel in El Calafate. |

9: EL CALAFATE - RIO GALLEGOS
Breakfast at the hotel. Regular (scheduled)
bus transfer, through the Argentinean
Pampas to the city of Rio Gallegos for
your flight to Trellew. Reception at
the airport and transfer to your hotel
for overnight. |

and Onelli Glaciers - |

10: PUERTO MADRYN - PENINSULA
VALDES - PUERTO MADRYN
After breakfast, early departure to
Peninsula Valdes driving across the
Patagonian Plateau to reach the visitor
center and visit the museum. Continuing
along the unpaved roads of the peninsula
up to Puerto Piramides to take an optional
boat trip and observe the numerous fauna
of this natural reservoir. Return to
Puerto Madryn for an overnight at the
hotel. |

11: PUERTO MADRYN - BUENOS
AIRES
After breakfast, transfer to Trellew
airport for your flight to Buenos Aires.
Reception at the airport in Buenos Aires
and transfer to your Buenos Aires hotel. |

12: BUENOS AIRES
A morning sightseeing tour of the city
visiting Plaza de Mayo, Casa Rosada
the presidential government, Teatro
Colon, Cathedral and the Italian district
La Boca. Tonight, Buenos Aires by Night
tour including dinner in a Steakhouse,
followed by a Tango Show. |

13: BUENOS AIRES
This day at leisure to visit the city
on your own. Or, for an optional tour
to a Estancia (Argentine ranch) featuring
traditional folklore and dance and a
Barbecue lunch. |

the aiport for a flight back to the
